Family Law
Family law issues can be overwhelming and are usually one of the most traumatic and emotionally trying times in an individual’s life. My focus is to listen to the individual’s specific concerns and provide seasoned advice and options that will enable the individual to make a wise decision as to their specific circumstances and what legal action, if any, is warranted.
I counsel and represent individuals through an array of family law issues from the inception of the case to its final conclusion whether through a negotiated or mediated settlement, or a trial. These issues may involve:
· Divorce
· Child Custody and Visitation
· Child Support
· Alimony
· Property Division
· Pre-Nuptial Agreement
· Post-Divorce Issues
